It's all Greek to me! You really can't go wrong with the cuisine of one of the oldest cultures in the world.
One of my favorite Greek recipes I've shared over the years is Giouvetsi, a Greek beef stew and orzo casserole that is pure comfort on a plate. Meanwhile, one of my favorite and most comforting vegetarian Greek dishes is Gigantes Plaki or Greek baked beans. I recommend making it a day in advance as the flavors develop even more over time.
