Southeast Asian cuisine includes a huge range of delectable ethnic cuisines! Here you'll find dishes that are Thai, Vietnamese, Burmese, Indonesian, Malaysian, Cambodian, and more. From savory to sweet, sour to spicy, crunchy to chewy, this is a universally loved food region for good reason.
One of my favorite Thai recipes to make at home includes quick-cooking Thai Pineapple Fried Rice with Shrimp which basically encompasses ALL THE YUMMY THINGS in a single dish. Meanwhile, Tom Yum Gai (Thai Hot and Sour Chicken Soup) truly takes the cake for comfort. It's also extremely easy to make, and tastes just as good if not better than the takeout version from my local Thai spot.
Another favorite dish from Southeast Asia is Karipap Pusing. These spiral curry puffs are incredibly flaky and delicious. For parties, I love to get creative and serve up these simple Vietnamese Chicken Wings.
