After visiting Prague, Czech food quickly impressed me and became a favorite when seeking hearty and comforting dishes. A combination of humble ingredients and love yield a plethora of tasty recipes that are worth exploring.

Although it comes in many varieties throughout the country, Czech Beef Goulash has quickly won my heart. The version I share is identical to what I sampled in Prague (and it's utterly delicious!).
