8ouncescream cheesesoftened (reduced fat/Neufchatel is fine–in fact, that’s what I use)
½cuphot sauce(preferably Frank’s Red Hot)
½cupblue cheese dressing(preferably homemade)
2 ½cupscooked shredded chicken breast(from 1 large chicken breast)
2tablespoonscrumbled blue cheese
Celery sticks, tortilla chips, or crackers for serving
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 400°F and lightly grease a small 1 quart baking dish.
In a large bowl, whisk together the softened cream cheese, hot sauce, and blue cheese dressing until smooth. Fold in the shredded chicken, and then transfer the dip into the baking dish. Top with the crumbled blue cheese and bake for 20 to 25 minutes until bubbly and heated through. Serve immediately with celery sticks, tortilla chips, and/or crackers.
