Korean food has gained popularity in recent years, and it's easy to see why. Traditional Korean dishes are full of flavor, colorful, and often spicy with the addition of gochujang (Korean chili paste) or kimchi (Korean fermented cabbage).
One of my personal favorite Korean recipes is Korean Fried Chicken, a super crispy and spicy rendition of a world-wide favorite comfort food. I also insist you try the noodle dish made famous by the movie Parasite, Ram-Don or Jjapaguri. You'll want to slurp those decadent, spicy noodles all day!
