French
No cuisine feels more gourmet (to me at least) than French! I learned classic French cooking in culinary school, and have continued to cook French recipes in the years since. It's perhaps one of my favorite cuisines to cook and share on this site, and the results certainly speak for themselves!
These Crêpes Parmentier (Buckwheat Galettes with Potato, Cheese, and Egg) were inspired by breakfast in Paris. They're vegetarian, gluten-free, and so utterly satisfying! And speaking of Paris, my Parisian French Onion Soup is the BEST French onion soup you'll ever try. I share all my tips and secrets.
Beef Bourguignon is a French tradition, and this particular recipe is as good as it gets with fork tender beef and a luscious sauce. For dessert, I recommend these Tea Souffles, not nearly as intimidating to make as you'd expect.
